Some users may not be actively hiring or available. If you do not receive a reply, please don’t follow up excessively. Silence is also a response.

If you’ve had a good experience through the platform - found someone, got hired or just appreciated someone’s work - please leave a review on the Shoutouts page. Remember to mention their full name. It’s how we know the platform is working and it helps others too.
